Someone who is stupid and/or silly. Geez, he keeps pulling on a door that's clearly marked "push"—what a feather brain. I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of that feather brain's mouth. You feather brain. I can't believe you put a pizza in the oven for 30 minutes without first turning it on.
