Would one of you be able to revert this change on the 2.6 branch?  I'm  
rather swamped at work at the moment.  If not, I'll try to get to it  
tonight.

Martin et al, let's not cut 2.6.2c1 from this tag.  Once this  
regression is fixed, I'll retag rc1.
