Basically, yes. If I said, "we are switching to XXX", would you be grumbling
about it because you thought svn was better, happy because you think it
would be an improvement or svn, or just shrug your shoulders at it.

Deleted. But this is for me to make a more informed decision; there is
obviously not enough in this to lead to a switch being made purely on the
voting results. At best a DVCS will be taken out of the running because it
was consistently disliked.
