[Not sure if my first response got sent]

I usually wait for a commit message saying he's been added for a
developer (which used to be developers.txt, I think). I haven't seen
that yet. But assuming it's all a work in progress or the process has
changed, I can okay his subscription when I get back to a real computer
later today.
