Will Ewa be updating the tracker, or do we need to create a new
procedure for that?

I checked two: Xiao had a date entered but it still said 'no' to form
received, so I made it 'yes'.  zwol didn't have anything entered when
I checked, so I stopped checking and am asking this question :)
