Well, I was also responsible of the breakage :-) But maybe it wasn't a
good idea in the first place to use AST_H_DIR in
distutils/sysconfig.py to get the "Include" string? ;-)

Or maybe I missed a feature: is it possible to change the Include
directory, or something like that? (the string was hardcoded)
