Hi,

As Serhiy Storchaka noticed, Andrés Delfino is very active in Python
since April 2018. He got
not less than 79 commits merged into mater:

Andrés Delfino enhanced a lot the documentation, but also stdlib modules:

I decided to give him the bug triage permission.
