Besides the reference manual, which is also available as a book, there's a good book called "Dylan Programming", Addison-Wesley, Feinberg et al. There's a firm somewhat misleadingly called something like "functional programming" (misleadingly because Dylan's not a FP language...) which focuses on Dylan and used to have both books (reference and Feinberg) in stock and available for decently discounted prices, too.
