This merely means that Python users are applying Python to problems that the current set of developers never imagined. As long as the flow of solved issues is increasing, that's a symptom of strength, not weakness. If that curve ever turns down, it means that users are giving up on Python as a tool for solving ever harder problems. That's where it gets scarey.
