I'm almost as excited as Michael: *if* you can get upfront agreement of some distribution creator to integrate the code, then it's a great project. Alternatively, if the project objective would include creating a Python distribution (even as a source tarball), it would be great. If it merely transforms some stdlib modules which then get used nowhere, it is not so great. Regards, Martin
