The wording is typical for slightly indirect sales pitches in English.
The same non-specific (no language mentioned) message was sent to 
python-list and, I presume, to tens or even hundreds of other lists 
(with language X substituted for 'Python' in the subject). For 
python-list, it was caught for moderation and I discarded it.
