If so, it would be something like:

1) Evaluate d
2) Evaluate k
3) Evaluate v
4) Call d.__setitem__(k, v), via slots etc

In a vacuum, I don't have a problem with that. But I suspect that it'd
break more code than the comprehensions changes do.
