Just to make sure that we're understanding correctly, is your proposal 
to do the following:
- remove the name METH_FASTCALL
- remove the calling convention METH_FASTCALL without METH_KEYWORDS
- rename METH_FASTCALL|METH_KEYWORDS -> METH_VECTORCALL
