[Python-Dev] Online Devguide mostly not working

Is it suspicious that in the detailed log we see:

  'canonical_url': 'http://devguide.python.org/',

? I guess this comes from project admin configuration at RTD, additional 
to your conf.py.

https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/canonical.html

(Just guessing really.)
