Trouble with HTMLGen, HTMLtest

Sorry to be so slow here but how would I be 'in' that directory. I added it to my PythonPath so that the import works and the traceback shows that the system knows about looking in that directory (c:\programming\python\HTMLGen\filename.py). What else would I need to do to get this to work? To be 'in' that directory?
