I think so.  We're sure planning on upgrading to 1.5.2 as soon as we can
spare the cycles.  There are a bunch of bug fixes across everything
(e.g. one recent example we uncovered was whitespace handling in
sgmllib) plus tons of new features (e.g. time.strptime()).
