Yeah. You missed some of the install instructions in the README file under the
src directory. After you build the *.so files there, you need to move them into
../DCOracle/ so they may be loaded by the Python files there.

BTW, I found that if I went to the latest version of DCOracle, my leaks went
away. All is well now.
