Thanks!  

It looks like there's some useful stuff there.  Right now, I'm
playing with Python/COM/MAPI.  That looks like it _should_ be
the simplest way to get mail sucked out of Exchange Server.  If
that doesn't work out, I'll have to take a closer look at some
of the other options.
