I see it on Red Hat 6.1 CD #1, under /misc/src/anaconda
(and related stuff under /misc/src/trees).

For example, the C lang rpm cracking code, for linking
as a Python module, is in /misc/src/anaconda/rpmmodule.

The Japanese version of RH 6.1 seems to be about a
month newer than the version targeted for English.
