For a split to be worthwhile, there have to be obvious major categories to break the original group into which are hopefully not very overlapping. What subgroups do you propose splitting it into that wouldn't just result in having a lot of the traffic crossposted to multiple groups? While this newsgroup/list is fairly high traffic, I really don't see any way to split it that makes sense. -Justin
