A question to the Developers: What's the official way to overload the behaviour of import()? I've searched the python website and find lots of hits regarding __import__() and "imputils" and more, more than i can read. ยด What's the future way of doing this, i mean, from 1.6a1 upwards? (I'd like to preprocess Python files when importing; for some rather crazy idea i can't speak out because maybe it won't be useful at all) -- Dipl.Inform.
