BibTeX entries : TkInter Life preserver
Currently I'm doing my last year work at university. And 
it's required to make a bibliography.
While including TkInter Life preserver, I was unable to put
a "stable" URL for that doc. 

Anyway, if python is intended to be used at education, some
BibTeX entries in a corner of PythonLabs with all books, electronic
books and the rest of on-line doc would just be fine.
