Ive just made win32all-132 available.  Everyone who thinks it isnt
terrible is welcome to upgrade :-)

This is the most recent build available for Python 1.5.2.

Major changes over 129 are largely stability related - this build has been
available to registered users for some time, and has proven to be very
stable.

There are no known serious bugs (although a few memory leaks have been
found since this release - get the CVS sources for the leak-free version
:-)
