Yeehah! Another FAQ answered completely. Very nicely done. Why not
pack this in liquid nitrogen and fire it off straightaway to the FAQ
maintainer? (GvR? Thomas Bryan?)

BTW, who *does* maintain the FAQ? There's no attribution.
