In Canada it's probably a place that serves Moosehead beer and has
plenty of duct-tape holding the joint together. 

But you'd probably have to be a fan of a particular comedy show on the
CBC to know what I'm talking about.  (But no, this doesn't have anything
to do with the "I Am Canadian" rant. :-)
