Does anyone know of an interface to the (perhaps slightly retro) 
SysV IPC system calls?  I.E. shared memory , message queues, and 
semaphores?

I know there are more um- modern ways to do IPC, but, ok, I'll admit
it, I'm doing more python and I miss SysV IPC.  Sniff.
