I am trying to get Python running on AXP/VMS 7.2-1.  I downloaded the
port for version 1.5.2 anlong with the objects.  When I run python I
get a access violation in PTRHEADS$RTL.  Does any one have a version
that runs on VMS or can help with the port.  I tried recompiling with
Compaq C++ and got too many errors to list.  Tried recompiling with gcc
2.8 and got errors in the vms files.
