I wish to create one user button somewhere on Frame/window.
When clicked is, window should moves with mouse, until mouse is clicked
again.
I've tryed catch mouse events and some other stuff, but I can get good
result.
Is there a way to call standard Windows WindowMove (or something like that)
on mouse button?
