Ok,  I know, Google 1.  Post 2.

I found PLY (Python Lex-Yacc).
I also found PyLR -- Fast LR parsing in python.
Any Others?

One with a wide range of languages already
implemented is important.  I'm interested in Java,
Python, Perl, but not C or C++.
