Looks like a markov writer to me.  I've seen a few of these posts lately,
someone is apparently feeding usenet into a markov writer.  Yawn.

To relate this back to python, you can find one for yourself in
Demo/scripts/markov.py.  Have fun, but try not to spam usenet with it :)
