I'd like to Anthony, but I'm not really sure what needs changing. I was going to move the thread_pthread.h from the 2.2b1 release into a clean 2.1 installation and try that .. but then I read Tim's post and have been trying to get my head around the CVS way of doing things. If there's any chance of a 2.1.2 release that does this - I for one would be a happy camper. Thing is, I'm not sure that will fix the Zope threading issue, as Zope is not compatible with python 2.2 at the moment, so it's eally a stab in the dark... many thanks for your response, tone.
