Interpreter crashes under Windows2000 while displaying images,
but not under SOLARIS 8.

Application:  Creates 2x3600 lists of 3600 elements, reads 3600 image
objects,
and displays image objects on a TK canvas.

Windows2000
DELL 530
Python 2.1.1
4GB RAM
8GB virtual max
Crashes while displaying 3400th object, was using 1.7GB virtual

UNIX
SUN Blade 1000
Python 2.1.1
2GB RAM
4GM virtual max
Uses just over 2.0GB virtual

Any ideas?
