py2exe works for me - <http://starship.python.net/crew/theller/py2exe/>.
Others prefer Installer - <http://www.mcmillan-inc.com/install1.html>. Take
your pick!

If you want to create a setup exe, try Inno -
<http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.htm>.
