Mark Hammond who created PythonWin is no longer employed by ActiveState,
but he has been kind enough to continue to update to 2.2 in the form of
Win32all-146 that can be downloaded from his home page at:
http://starship.python.net/crew/mhammond/win32/Downloads.html
