In addition to the problems others have pointed out, on my (Finnish)
keyboard I have to press Shift+´+Space if I want a single back tick.
There are two ticks on the same key, back and forward, and I never use
either.

In English the traditional way to quote is ``like this´´ or `like
this´, right? Here it's just "like this" or 'like this'.
