I run SuSE but there was the same problem.

 > /usr/include/tk.h:83:29: X11/Xlib.h: No such file or directory

I think it could be you need also the 'tk.h'! Search this file on your 
machine.

On SuSE there is a separatly TCL/ TK-Developer package - you must 
install this! It contains all TCL/ TK-Headers.
