  You might wonna check out Luxor - a free open-source XUL
engine/motor in Java that includes Python for scripting - online @
http://luxor-xul.sourceforge.net

  To get started using XUL and Python check out the
luxor-python-examples package in the download section. There's another
package called luxor-python-db-examples in the Luxor contrib download
section.
