pcalc.net is a freeform calculator written in C++/MFC with a Python parser powering it. (There is also an optional native C++ parser, just as a toy thrown in). If nothing else, it shows you how to integrate MFC + Python. But you can also use it as a fine calculator ;) Download: http://p-nand-q.com/python/pcalc-3.0.exe The installer includes the complete C++ and Python source.
