Not much to worry about there.  The total number of fluent Klingon
speakers "can comfortably go out to dinner together," [1] even according
to the director of the Klingon Language Institute.

One might disparage the total number of Esperanto speakers in the world,
but it's a lot more than a dozen.  (On the order of a hundred thousand
times more, by most estimates.)
