Oh, that does look straightforward.  Hmm, and google even finds
requests (though no results :) for integrating this into emacs.

Looking at the code it has some parsing flaws (in the tool itself) but
they seem unlikely enough, I'd have to think about it before making
this a cvs filter (for example) but it seems reasonable to run it on
code regularly...
