How about 'Ouroboros'? The Greek mythical snake that is eating its own tail. A fitting name for a language implemented in itself. Google gives us http://abacus.best.vwh.net/oro/ouroboros.html: 'The "tail-devourer" is the symbolization of concepts such as completion, perfection and totality, the endless round of existence...' Also spelled 'orobouros,' not sure which is correct. Makes me think of 'tail recursion,' too. Oops, wrong language. ;-) Python-in-python-in-python-in-python'ly yours, -- Graham
