Thanks for all the advice/ideas.

I won't pursue Miklos and Hung ideas (Hey Hung, I'm trying get *away*
from Microsoft ;-) but thanks for making them guys !

The XMLGenerator is more the sort of thing I thought might be out
there, I'll check it out - thanks Francis. Thanks also to Ian - what
you've suggested is a good halfway house if the doco on the
XMLGenerator turns out to be as bad as Francis says.
