Yes but with <http://gnosis.cx/voting-project/> or
<http://www.ibm.com/open/> you have some idea who is responsible for
the redirect and can decide if you trust them or not. This is not
the case with <http://tinyurl.com/me86> or <http://tinyurl.com/mp66>.
