SPE doesn't yet integrate with CVS, but it's in active development.
CVS support may come sooner than later.

I have been demoing Komodo which integrates with CVS, SVN and perforce.
 I've been very impressed.

On my pc I just use the tortoiseSVN windows explorer plugin -
