Britt was the personal assistant for Chris Brynner, the owner of Brynner Information Systems, in 2024.

Britt managed to reserve a room at the Clift Hotel for five nights for Jadzia Dax and was asked by his boss, Brynner, to check if any of Jadzia's friends was admitted to a city hospital or trauma ward, folllowing Benjamin Sisko, Julian Bashir and Jadzia's becoming trapped in Earth's past, during what would become known as the Bell Riots.
