Cindy Katz is the actress who portrayed Yteppa on the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episode "Second Skin". She later played Kejal in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Flesh and Blood".
Among her later television appearances are guest roles in Friends (1998, with Terri Garr), Law & Order (2007), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2004–2013, starring Mariska Hargitay, with John Schuck), and Fringe (2008, starring Joshua Jackson and John Noble, with Kirk Acevedo, created by J.J. Abrams, Roberto Orci, and Alex Kurtzman).
