Frederic "Fred" Hafner (23 March 1928–11 February 2020; age 91)[1] was an actor who played a Kyrian visitor in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Living Witness". He received no on screen credit for his appearance and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was auctioned off on It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [2](X)
