Inkarian wool was a wool material used to make clothing.

In late 2372, Elim Garak made Constable Odo a uniform out of Inkarian wool after Odo was transformed into a Human by the Founders. Odo commented that the uniform itched, to which Garak joked that he hoped he wasn't allergic to it. (DS9: "Broken Link")
