Luis Segui is an actor who appeared as an Akaali citizen in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Civilization". As a background actor he received no credit for this appearance and was identified by the call sheets of the episode.

In 2007, Segui played Paul in the war drama Farewell Darkness. He also appeared in the making of, released in 2008.
