M. Smith is an actor who played a Human mercenary in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episodes "Gambit, Part I" and "Gambit, Part II". As a background actor he received no credit for his appearance and was identified by the call sheets of the episodes. He also appeared as a Native American guard in the seventh season episode "Journey's End", also without a credit.
